Digital Media Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid social media campaigns across key platforms, including Meta and LinkedIn. Experience with Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and other social platforms is a plus.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign management, from strategic planning to ad operations and trafficking.
  • Analyse campaign performance using key media metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, and CPA to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide in-depth reporting and analysis, leveraging tools such as Looker Studio and GA4 to uncover actionable insights.
  • Develop and implement ad creative strategies that effectively engage target audiences.
  • Manage monthly budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and bid strategies to maximise ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop audience-first media strategies based on research and data insights.
  • Work cross-functionally with organic social and client marketing teams to create integrated content calendars.
  • Assist with ad copywriting to ensure messaging adheres to platform best practices and brand guidelines.
  • Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to clients confidently and effectively.
  • Thrive in a startup environment by taking initiative, proactively solving problems, and working independently to drive projects forward.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns in Meta and LinkedIn for B2B & B2C brands.. Familiarity with additional platforms is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of fundamental media metrics and their impact on business goals.
  • Knowledge of various social ad formats and creative approaches to maximise engagement.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimise media budgets efficiently.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with marketing analytics platforms such as Looker Studio and GA4.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Interest in organic social media strategy & content creation is a plus.
